Product Assurance
Before we accepted any raw materials came into our factory, there are many steps of inspection to assure the perfect grade of raw material. Started from random sampling to one hundred percent inspection, if any contaminations are found the whole lot is rejected so you can be assure on the quality of our incoming raw material. We also especiallty scrutinize non-BSE and non-GMO source of raw materials.

From sourcing to production process, quality ideals are strictly followed to ensure best practices and product excellence for our customers. We have been the first to be awarded the ISO 9002 certification in Thailand's Pet Food industry. Production protocols according to AAFCO and HACCP are adhered to in our daily routines.

Apart from laboratories, Perfect Companion also maintains our own research dog and cat kennels to evaluate ensure that other quality measurement ideals such as growth and reproduction performances from our food formulas are perfectly met.
